Boarding Facility Tours

Tours of the boarding facility are available Monday through Saturday from 10am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 4pm. No appointment necessary.

Our professionally trained staff cares for the needs of our kennel guests and takes the time to offer them companionship and comfort with our overnight dog boarding services.

We are happy to offer the following dog boarding services in Leesburg, VA:

• Spacious Indoor and Outdoor Runs
• Individual Exercise and Play Time in Large Paddocks (additional fee)
• 24 Hour On-Site Manager
• Climate Controlled Environment
• Medication Administered Upon Request (additional fee if more than twice a day)
• AAHA Accredited Veterinary Hospital On-Site
• Bring Your Pets Favorite Diet and Treats
• Grooming Salon / Pet Spa On-Site

Dog Boarding Service Rates

Dogs

• 1-30 lbs: $55
• 31-60 lbs: $65
• 61-100 lbs: $75
• Over 100 lbs: $85

For an additional cost we offer group daycare, individual playtime, and trail walks!

We offer a 10% additional dog boarding discount as well as a 10% military discount!

Baths: Prices are based on size of pet. Additional grooming services are available with our Grooming team.

• Small: $40
• Medium: $50
• Large: $60
• X-Large: $75
• Cat Baths: Grooming dept will do
• Nail Clip Only (Dogs and Cats): $25
• Nail Grind (Dogs nly): $35

*Pricing can very, depending on length/ condition of coat. Heavy coat dogs will have $15 extra added to base bath price.

All reservations made during our busy times and holidays require a deposit and 2 weeks notice of cancellation when you make the reservation. All clients will be notified of this policy when you call.

*There will be a $20 additional charge per pet with a booked stay on a major holiday.

Require Vaccines

• Rabies
• Distemper
• 1 Year Bordetella
• 2 Canine Influenza Vaccines

A negative fecal result is required within 6months of boarding.
