It is the primary mission of Old Mill Boarding Kennel and Grooming Salon for our guests and their families to feel comfortable and happily welcomed. Our professionally trained staff will provide a safe, clean and nurturing environment offering close observation and quality care. Understanding that our professional team is key to the success of our mission we recognize the importance of their education and individual happiness.
Vaccinations required for all services are:
Dogs
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Bordetella (boosted every 6 months)
- 2 Doses of Canine Flu (boosted every 6 months)
Cats
- Rabies
- FVRCP
Cancellation Policy:
A deposit is required for reservations made for dates during the busy season and specified holidays at Old Mill Boarding Kennel. The deposits are $75.00 for one pet 100,00 for two or more pets. Because of the increased need during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years we require $75.00 depot for one pet and $100 or two or more pets.
Notification 2 weeks in advance during the busy season and above holidays is requested in order to receive credit for the deposit. Deposits are taken over the phone and charged the day of reservation via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
A TWO WEEK CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED FOR OUR BUSY TIMES LISTED HERE WHEN YOU MAKE A DEPOSIT. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THIS POLICY AT THE TIME YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
