It is the primary mission of Old Mill Boarding Kennel and Grooming Salon for our guests and their families to feel comfortable and happily welcomed. Our professionally trained staff will provide a safe, clean and nurturing environment offering close observation and quality care. Understanding that our professional team is key to the success of our mission we recognize the importance of their education and individual happiness.
Vaccinations required for all services are:
Dogs
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Bordetella
- Canine Influenza
Cats
- Rabies
- FVRCP
A negative fecal result is required within 6 months of boarding
Cancellation Policy:
A deposit is required for reservations during peak seasons and specified holidays at Old Mill Boarding Kennel. The deposit amounts are as follows:
- $75 for one pet
- $100 for two or more pets
A deposit is only required for boarding during the following dates:
- Spring Break Weeks
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Summer (June 15 – Labor Day)
- Thanksgiving Week
- Christmas Week
- New Year’s Week
To receive a deposit credit, cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance during the busy season and holiday periods listed above. Deposits are taken over the phone at the time of booking and charged immediately via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
Please note: A two-week cancellation notice is required for reservations made during peak times when a deposit is collected. This policy will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
